(b) Imogen Knox reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at anytime and by continuing to use Imogen Knox escorting services or online content services you agree to accept the terms.
(c) The terms and conditions apply to you the client and Imogen Knox.
Payments, Deposits and Cancellations
(d) The client understands and acknowledges that Imogen Knox is a stage name. Imogen Knox trades as Trading as Jangel. All deposits and booking payments are to be paid via transfer into a business account Trading as Jangel; or cash payment.
(e) The client understands if payment is transferred; payment must clear instantly for the booking to commence.
(f) The client understand and acknowledges that funds transferred with a 24 hour security hold the booking cannot start until Imogen Knox Trading as Jangel receives clear funds in the business account.
(g) The client understands and acknowledges deposits are non refundable and non transferrable towards other bookings if the original booking is cancelled. If the client cancels the booking a cancellation fee will apply to your next booking.
(h) The client understands and acknowledges that Imogen Knox reserves the right to end the booking at anytime and no refund will be given if Imogen Knox is unsafe, threatened and or her personal boundaries have been over stepped.
(i) Cancellation if Imogen Knox cancels the booking no cancellation fee is applied and the deposit is non-refundable but transferrable towards another booking.
(j) Deposit amounts vary and are different for incall and outcall bookings.
(k)Deposit amounts change and vary between each client as every client is individual and every booking is unique
(l) Outcall bookings require a 50% deposit or the full amount of the booking to be paid upfront before the outcall is to take place.
(m) The client understands If the outcall residence is unsafe and unhygienic Imogen Knox reserves the right to end the booking and no refund will be given.
(n) The client understands that deposits are require on all booking unless Imogen Knox states otherwise.
(o) The client understands Fly me to you booking deposits amounts are 70% or preferably the full amount.
(p) The client understands FMTY travel expenses are to be paid by the client.
(q) Eftpos- The client understands use of merchant facility requires photo identification to be sighted. (The name on your bank card must match your photo ID and your bank card must have a PIN number, a credit card authorisation form must be filled out) The client understands and acknowledges that use of the merchant facility requires personal information to be collected and stored on file. All personal information is stored and filed in accordance with the Australian (Privacy Act 1988)
Booking Information
(i) The client understands Imogen Knox reserves the right to change the booking place from incall or outcall at anytime once the deposit or full payment has been made no refund will be given if Imogen Knox chooses to change the booking place due to safety, unforeseen circumstances or schedule change the client understand the booking place may change at Imogen Knox’s discretion.
(ii) Imogen Knox does not engage in activities that puts her health and safety at risk.
Imogen Knox does not pose or impersonate as another person and upholds, maintains a professional image which is fully verified and updated regularly. Imogen Knox looks the same in person as her online photography.
